Your initial consultation is an opportunity to meet with Sarah and summarize current concerns or problems, what you'd hope to gain from your time working together, and to see if working together is a good fit. Sarah will explain her tailored approach to what you want to achieve. She will meet you where you are at and work with you on the process and expectations for time working together.
