When we created our track club, Pursuit of Excellence Track Club, we wanted to have an emphasis on the mental training side of sports...and this is where Sarah came in and helped our team truly understand not only techniques we can use to help us reach our goals but to understand the science behind the tools. I have completed Sarah's Peak Performance Online Course and feel that I am better equipped to help and lead our team to potential national titles. We are extremely grateful to Sarah.
