Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellation Policy You agree to pay Sarah’s Integrated Counseling & Consulting, LLC, DBA Psychedge, for all services rendered. Each appointment will be automatically charged to the card on file. Payment in full is due prior to scheduling any appointments together. You agree to pay the full fee of $85/30 minutes, $155/60 minutes or $235/90 minutes for each appointment. There are no refunds for appointments. If an appointment is missed or canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, I will make every effort to reschedule a make-up with you within one week(s) timeframe. You will receive a credit for your missed session to be used at the rescheduled time. If your appointment is cancelled or missed less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, you agree to forfeit this appointment and no re-scheduled appointment times will be offered.
